You get a written report on what’s stopping people from buying from you, in their own words, and the three changes that matter most, ranked by how much they’ll matter.

It’s ready 5 business days after I receive your completed questionnaire. If something on my side would delay it, I’ll tell you right away.

Prices are shown on this site. Before any work starts, I’ll confirm the price in writing and send an invoice. Work starts once it’s paid. Nothing is charged through this website.

If the Listen doesn’t show you at least three things worth changing, you don’t pay.

If you’ve already paid and the Listen doesn’t meet that bar, tell me within 14 days of receiving it and I’ll refund you in full. No forms, no arguing.

The Listen shows you what’s getting in the way and what to change. I can’t guarantee specific results, like a number of new customers or sales, because those depend on things outside my control, including which changes are made and how.

What you share with me about your business stays confidential. I don’t share it, and I don’t use it as an example or case study without your written OK.

The Listen is yours. Use it however you like.

The short customer survey goes out from you, to the customers you choose. I never contact your customers without your OK.

These get their own short written agreement, with the scope, price and timing, before anything starts. No long contracts.

If I update these terms, the new version applies to work that starts after the change. The date at the top shows the last update.
