The short version
- What you send through the forms is used only to reply to you and do the work.
- What you tell me about your business stays between us.
- Your information is never sold.
What I collect
The things you type into a form. Your name, your email and your answers. With a Listen request, I also note the kind of browser you used, to help spot spam.
To keep bots out, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person. To stop the forms being flooded, I keep a scrambled version of your IP address for up to a day. It isn’t stored as your actual address.
What I do with it
I read it, reply to you, and, if we work together, use it to do the work. That’s all.
Anything you share about your business for a Listen stays between us. I don’t share it, and I never use it as an example or case study without your written OK.
Who helps me run this site
A few services do the behind-the-scenes work: Vercel hosts the site, Supabase stores form submissions, Resend sends me an email copy of each one, and Cloudflare runs the spam check. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
How long I keep it
I keep what you send for as long as we’re talking or working together, and for my records after that. If you’d like it deleted, ask and I’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you’ve sent me. Email steven@consigs.com and I’ll take care of it.
